How to connect SilkChart to HubSpot?

  1. Login to SilkChart, open the Profile menu, and click on Integrations.

  2. Click Connect next to HubSpot Contact us to upgrade to the Enterprise plan and get the HubSpot integration feature.

  3. Choose your HubSpot account.

  4. **Grant access to your HubSpot account by clicking "Connect app".

You should have connected Calendar to enable HubSpot integration. Only meetings recorded from the Calendar will be pushed to HubSpot.

How does it work?

  1. Now, each recorded call will be created on HubSpot and associated with the Contacts from the calendar event and any Company or Deal associated with that contact. If the contact with this email does not yet exist, a new contact will be added to HubSpot.

  2. You can also open your Call summary, Next steps, and Playbook in HubSpot by clicking the three-dot button on any recorded call.

How to turn off HubSpot integration?

  1. First option: From SilkChart platform

  2. Second option: From HubSpot

After disconnecting from HubSpot, the synced calls will remain in HubSpot and SilkChart.

We will not automatically delete any information, but you can always do it manually.

Future calls recorded with SilkChart will not be created on HubSpot after disconnecting.

Only after this will your future calls be synced with HubSpot.
